We´re about to hit the road, at last, for the Pacific beaches of Honduras, so this entry won´t be long. Had a blast at Finca El Cisne (www.fincaelcisne.com), a coffee and cardamom farm where we spent a day and night with Carlos Castejon riding horses, seeing beautiful plants and birds, eating delicious food, and most fun of all, seeing how the farm works. Picture coming soon if we can get Alan´s phone working again.
Note to IATP folks: you guys should put together a field trip to the finca and see shade-grown, eco-friendly coffee farming, hands-on, seriously.
Note to Max: I´ll admit I hadn´t been thinking piano at all, but now I will be!
